Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using LiveKit (the “App”) provided by Walala (“we,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. See also the Privacy Policy.
LiveKit is a media toolbox for converting videos and Live Photos, capturing frames, setting covers, muting, making collages, and creating GIFs. You do not need a LiveKit account. Features may vary by version and Pro status.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use. You retain rights to your own media. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.
The free version includes the tools with a daily use limit and may show ads. Pro is available as monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in Apple ID settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase where offered. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple. You can restore purchases on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
The free version may display ads served by Google AdMob. Purchasing Pro removes ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every export will match every device or format.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you only used free features, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or stop providing the App or features if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
